JunoReel does not guarantee that accounts, content, communications, bookings, data, or other information will remain available, accurate, complete, secure, or permanently stored during the proof-of-concept period.

You should not use JunoReel as the sole storage location for information, files, communications, educational materials, or other data that you consider important. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important information.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use JunoReel only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your age and eligibility to use the Service.

You must not share your password or authentication credentials with another person.

You must notify JunoReel if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

By submitting content, you grant JunoReel a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, technically modify, transcode, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to JunoReel.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to upload and share your content.

You must not upload or distribute content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Creators, teachers, instructors, and other users are independent participants on the platform.

JunoReel does not guarantee or independently certify the qualifications, credentials, background, experience, teaching ability, professional status, accuracy of information, availability, or suitability of any creator.

The availability of a creator or educational content on JunoReel does not constitute an endorsement, certification, verification, or recommendation by JunoReel.

Creators are solely responsible for their content, lessons, communications, representations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for their own interactions, communications, agreements, and relationships with other users.

JunoReel does not guarantee the identity, conduct, qualifications, reliability, trustworthiness, availability, or suitability of any user.

JunoReel is not a party to agreements or arrangements made directly between users unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any dispute between users is primarily a matter between the users involved.

JunoReel may assist with moderation or safety matters where appropriate, but such assistance does not make JunoReel a party to a user-to-user relationship or agreement.

Information voluntarily shared directly with another user, including through messages, comments, feedback, sessions, meetings, or other user-to-user communications, may no longer be under JunoReel's control once disclosed to that user.

JunoReel does not guarantee that information voluntarily disclosed by one user to another user will remain confidential.

You should not share passwords, authentication credentials, financial account information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information with other users.

Nothing in this section limits JunoReel's obligations regarding personal data that JunoReel itself collects or processes, as described in the JunoReel Privacy Policy.

Paid bookings, subscriptions, purchases of stars or other platform currency, and creator payout onboarding are unavailable while this platform-wide payments-disabled status remains in effect.

JunoReel currently does not facilitate monetary transactions between users through the Service.

If payment functionality is introduced in the future, JunoReel may update these Terms and related policies before or when such functionality becomes available.

We may restrict or suspend accounts with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Moderation actions do not guarantee that all inappropriate or unlawful content will be identified or removed.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Following termination or deletion, certain information may remain for a period of time where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

JunoReel does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent data storage, error-free operation, or that any feature will remain available.

Because JunoReel is currently a proof of concept, information, content, accounts, communications, and other data may be modified, deleted, lost, corrupted, or become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of information that you consider important.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

JunoReel is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JunoReel will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from:

The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall rules governing your use of the Service with respect to personal data and privacy.

The "Last Updated" date identifies the most recent version.

For material changes, JunoReel may provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or by other appropriate means where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The specific legal entity and jurisdiction may be identified in a future revision of these Terms when the JunoReel business structure is finalized.
